Director (U+270D)
An elegant character marked by strong contrasts between thick and thin strokes balanced by serifs and rounded terminals. Originally designed by Ange Degheest for Hermes-Paillard's typewriter models (Hermes 3000 and Hermes Média) to convey prestige and authority while departing from typical typewriter design constraints. This is a 2020 revival and documentation of the original 1958 typewriter design.
