TP Upgrade
Upgrade is a substantial humanist sans serif family marking TYPETR's first 'normal' typeface release in many years. Designed by Petr van Blokland without reference material, the typeface draws inspiration from iconic mid-twentieth century humanist sans serifs while upgrading their principles for contemporary use. Featuring an extraordinary range of weights from Hairline to Ultra Black (achieved through five master drawings per character), extensive character sets with 800+ glyphs, 8000+ kerning pairs, and variable font technology, Upgrade excels in diverse applications from corporate branding to annual reports to enterprise websites.
