Petr van Blokland

Born in Gouda, the Netherlands in 1956, Petr van Blokland is a type designer and graphic designer who cofounded Type Network and the TYPETR foundry. He specializes in typeface development, variable fonts, and systematic design, and has taught typography and type design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague and other institutions.
