Victory Gardens Sans
Victory Gardens Sans was created as a custom typeface solution for Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago, replacing Gotham in the theater's branding and print collateral. The typeface is based loosely on the letterforms of the historic Biograph marquee, though simplified to make it easier to read and to give it a more modern feel suited to the theater's forward-thinking image. The regular Victory Gardens Sans typeface includes uppercase and lowercase letters in a range of five weights, plus italics. Additional companion typefaces include all-caps 'titling' variations and a 'Deco' version reminiscent of the theater's historic marquee.
