Arasan
Commissioned by the Narod Institute, Arasan was designed for use by children to view and author online content. Inspired by the Clarendon category of Latin type without adopting serifs, since they hinder legibility in younger children. Enjoys exceptional onscreen rendering thanks to bitmaps at five point sizes. Won Big Crit '99 award.
