Persian Grunge Font
Persian Grunge was built by selecting, vectorising and editing glyph forms from many different Persian and Arabic calligraphic scripts and old typefaces, then adding patterns, textures, artistic elements and ornaments in a grunge, dirty style. It comes in two styles, Dirty and Neat, with many glyphs differing between them. First designed around 2005–2006 but never publicly released until later, it is one of only two Persian fonts ever selected as a Featured Project on Behance, and has appeared in books including New Illustration With Type and DesignAndDesign Vol. 2.
