Ubuntu

The Ubuntu typeface family is a professional, distinctive sans-serif developed by Dalton Maag for the Ubuntu operating system. Originally designed during 2010-2011, it was first introduced with Ubuntu 10.10 in four weights with italics: Regular, Italic, Bold, and Bold Italic. The typeface was developed with a warm, modern character that reflects humanist design principles while maintaining excellent clarity on screen. Ubuntu now includes Light, Regular, Medium, and Bold weights across multiple variants: Standard, Condensed, and Mono. Current releases feature 22 styles plus variable font options with adjustable weight and width axes. The distinctive letterforms and excellent spacing make Ubuntu suitable for both interface design and large display applications.
