From the foundry
Nastup is a free modular stencil sans serif typeface inspired by stenciled technical signs and architectural building details. The name derives from the Ukrainian word 'Наступ,' meaning 'Offensive.' Featuring distinctive sliced bowl details that enable narrow spacing particularly suited for minimal leading applications, Nastup combines geometric construction with practical utility. The typeface's modular nature and clean geometry make it ideal for signage, minimal text applications, and experimental display designs while maintaining strong legibility and distinctive character.
