WF Sans
Font homage to V.A. Favorsky. Part Two, shaved. WF Sans is a natural extension of WF Regular. Just as naturally, Favorsky moved from antiquity to the grotesque within a single word on the title. The font was conceived as a complicated grotesque, but remained antique, even without serifs. WF Sans can work in tandem with an older brother, or it can act alone. To create an atmosphere of exquisitely rough print of the Soviet thirties, it is good to add uneven grotesques to these two, for example Mandelstam Life or Winter. Or just 21 Cent with 20 Kopecks.
