Villon Grotesque 40
Low contrast sanserif with some oddities. Villon Grotesque 40 is a font, as if specially made to quietly infuriate a decent typographer. It has slightly different vertical widths, and the diagonals are noticeably thicker than they should be. These effects were obtained when low-contrast and high-contrast parts of the family collided.
