Surplus Script
Three layered calligraphic typeface, 2008-2015. Originally this typeface was created for the «Salon» magazine. It had a very specific goal: to unite in one type a face for the middle-sized set of sublines and quotes, a face for big-sized headlines and finally — for the huge, page-sized letters, decorated as rich as possible with ornaments. What was ordered was done, but together with a technologist Denis Surkov we’ve managed to unit all the three faces in one.
