JRRT Uncial
Uncial italic based on the handwriting of J. R. R. Tolkien. This font is based on letters taken from the calligraphic manuscripts of the author of “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings”. I looked through hundreds of samples and selected the most characteristic characters. Initially, JRRT Uncial was the title font for Professor Tolkien’s travel map, created in April–May 2026 for the magazine “Nomer”. However, I intend to use it in other projects as well.
