EasyFlex
A variable grotesque with variable lowercase height. 2023. EasyFlex is an experimental variable font built to test how lowercase letters will behave if they are allowed to grow to the height of uppercase letters. The question was what minimum height to choose. I decided that 300 units to 700 is what is needed. In its smallest form, lowercase letters are strongly flattened and actually turn into an ultra-wide font with long capital letters. For some, this is a bug, for me it's a feature: the font has an unexpected taste of the sixties.
