Beast

Beast is a reworked pixelated slab-serif typeface originating from an obscure 1990s Sega Mega Drive video game. Its capital letters have a very reduced height (5 pixels), resulting in compact letters, crowded counters, handcrafted ligature solutions, and an overall highly distinctive typographic rendering. Version 2.0, published in November 2024, includes post-binary ligatures.
