Hoxton North
Hoxton North is a humanistic sans-serif typeface created in the north of England, inspired by the modernist influences of Edward Johnston's London Underground typeface and Gill Sans. Designed for optimal readability in both print and digital media, Hoxton North features open forms and subtle contrast. Its compact letterforms provide robust lateral dynamic, making it space-efficient and versatile from large headings to body text. Includes seven weights with true italics, small caps, and five number variations (inferiors, superiors, fractions, tabular, lining, and old style). Paying homage to the creative movement in Hoxton, London, during the late 1990s, it combines historical reverence with contemporary design needs.
