From the foundry
Engel New is both a sans and serif type family with a combined total of 24 styles. Originally an upgrade of the typeface Engel published by Die Gestalten Verlag, the project began as an extension to the original Engel character set and updated it to suit the OpenType format. Engel New Serif came about as a sibling to Engel New Sans. Both families are designed for wide usage in running text and headlines, with six weights with matching italics for both sans and serif, and support for all Western and Central European languages.
