Ornamo

Custom type family for the Finnish design association Ornamo, based on Timo Sarpaneva's 1960s symbol. Its three contrast types became three styles: a low-contrast geometric sans Regular, a high-contrast display serif Medium and a low-contrast sans Bold, with the circle as the basis for every round letter and terminals drawn as circle segments. Art direction by Werklig.
