Kalevala

Logotype and custom headline typeface for the Finnish jewellery brand Kalevala. The logotype modernises and simplifies the original 1930s Kalevala Koru logo; the typeface carries those letter shapes across the identity so it stays recognisable without the logo. Awarded a Certificate of Typographic Excellence by the TDC in 2021. Art direction by Bond / Jesper Bange.
