Grava Pe
Grava is Neil Summerour's injection of warmth into the geometric sans category. Geometric sans families have historically been based on primal shapes — triangle, circle, square — and the more closely they hold to those rigid rules, the more internal inconsistencies show: angles that won't match, letters that lean, overshoots that complicate clean typesetting, idealised circles that turn grotesque in some weights. Because of that, geometric sans fonts have a reputation for being cold and austere; Grava was made to hold the geometry without the chill. Grava PE is the text cut in the Pan-European character set.
