From the foundry
A free variable redux of the original dafont Highway Gothic, based on the Standard Alphabets for Highway Signs specification that governs official road signage lettering throughout the United States. OC Highway Var captures the utilitarian aesthetic of American highway signage and vintage gas station typography, making it suitable for both display and contextual applications. The variable font allows flexible weight adjustments from light to bold, providing versatility while maintaining the iconic geometric clarity of the original specification.
