Formera
Formera (originally Futura Renner) is a digital recreation of Futura's early experimental phase, based on Paul Renner's original letterforms from the typography department at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Cambre. The typeface preserves the irregular outlines characteristic of letterpress-printed type and includes several of Renner's early experimental glyphs. Available as a free, open-source font under the SIL Open Font License with two weights (Light and Regular), making it an accessible resource for designers exploring geometric sans-serif traditions.
