Juno V
Juno V is a display type revival based on the “UNITED STATES" typography on the side of NASA's Saturn V launch vehicle. While at Johnson Space Center's Rocket Park, I was so captivated by the chamfered rectangle type found on the horizontal behemoth of a rocket. Using slightly edited proportions and by extending the character set fully (while adding a fun 1–50 number to Roman numeral Stylistic Set) I revived the type beyond its original range into a more usable display face. It is single style display typeface perfect for space articles, large sci-fi uses, and large titles in more industrial contexts.
