This End User License Agreement is an agreement between you, as the License Holder, and Monkey Type, LLC as licensor. The License Holder accepts this agreement and acknowledges understands and complies with its terms and conditions. By obtaining a License, the License Holder purchases a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Font Software in accordance with the specific License terms specified in this agreement.
