Valkyrie
Valkyrie is a contemporary, calligraphic serif partly inspired by Palatino, engineered to perform well on both high-end output devices and standard office printers. The typeface features dual weight grades (A and B) within each style, allowing users to select the variant that looks best on their specific printer—an uncommon but valuable feature. The comprehensive family includes six styles (regular, italic, bold, bold italic, regular caps, bold caps) across two weight grades with 96 total font files in OTF, TTF, and WOFF2 formats. A separate set of caps fonts contains real small caps with recommended letterspacing already applied, enabling refined typographic control. Each weight grade and style combination has been carefully tuned for optimal appearance across different printing contexts, from premium equipment to everyday office printers. The calligraphic letterforms combine elegance with practical versatility.
