Seria
A delicately proportioned text typeface exploring the proportions of classical typefaces. Sketched by Martin Majoor on train napkins from Berlin to Warsaw in summer 1996. Features generous vertical proportions with long ascenders and descenders. The italic treatment is almost upright, contributing to Seria's delicately proportioned appearance. The typeface is perfect for poetry and refined literature, but its eye-catching details also make it suitable as a display face. Winner of an Award from the ATypI Type Design Competition Bukva:raz! in Moscow (2001).
