Pragmatic Grotesk
Pragmatic Grotesk is a hyper-rational typeface that is familiar yet surprising, adding a Southern Californian warmth to a generally cool classification. Designed by Greg Lindy for designer Michael Worthington's publication 'Inside Out & Upside Down: Posters from CalArts 1980-2019,' the typeface balances proportion, space, and character dynamics. With eight stylistic sets, it provides cohesive tension in tone and manner articulated in a contemporary way.
