Perfetto

Based on a typeface Giovanni Francesco Cresci wrote with a pen with an x-height of 8 mm from his 1570 publication Il perfetto Scrittore. The designer created a modern useful serif emphasizing elegance, starting with a display version featuring thin hairlines, then developing a text version.
