From the foundry
A variable font concept designed by Fer Cozzi with Oscar Guerrero (Sumotype). Fer is represented by Curious, the right hemisphere, which challenges itself to find new ways to express ideas and takes risks; Oscar by Active, the left hemisphere, a structured method that focuses on details, patterns, and strategy. With the two extremes, and everything in between, it creates a complex system of different flavours and textures. Named in tribute to June Almeida, the first person to see a coronavirus using microscope techniques she developed.
