Maxfett

Max Fett is a free interpretation of a Fette Grotesk initially found in work Max Bill did for Zett-Haus during the 1930s, a model widely distributed as a single cut among former German type foundries under names such as Fette Grotesque and Fette Steinschrift. This interpretation of the 1881 Herrlinger & Schmidt source takes a contemporary approach to heavy, squarish grotesks. It was designed by Weichi He in 2020 as a single Black cut with an alternate geometric set.
