Based
Based is a typeface published by East of Rome. It is one of 19 typefaces from East of Rome in the Type.lol catalog.
From the foundry
Based is a jugendstil grotesk inspired by a thicket of late nineteenth and early twentieth century expressive and naïve sans-serifs, drawing on the formalities of Breite Grotesk, the visual impact of Zeitungs Grotesk, and the recherché curves of typefaces like Ronaldson Gothic, Secession, Chicago and Aviso.
