From the foundry
DTL Documenta was designed to present a recognizable, contemporary, and powerful image while working well in small text sizes. First drawings made in 1986, became available in PostScript Type1 and TrueType formats in 1993. Medium and bold italics with small caps and old-style figures were added later. A sans-serif companion was added around 1997.
