Brubeck 1
Brubeck thrives on a generation of dense, loud typefaces that graced cultural media in and beyond the 1960s. It is suited to large-scale applications, adding power to a layout without being too decorative. The rather narrow-running face carries today's standard glyph set while extending the period's headline-only lettering approach. It was drawn after the cover of a Dave Brubeck Quartet live LP whose typeface could not be identified, and comes tightly spaced with a few alternates.
