From the foundry
Part of the comprehensive Guardian type system designed by Paul Barnes and Christian Schwartz for The Guardian's 2005 Berliner format redesign, Guardian Sans serves as the sans serif complement to Guardian Egyptian. Available in four widths for headlines and a text variant, it provides the typographic flexibility needed across all sections of the newspaper, from news to features, and has been instrumental in maintaining the publication's voice across digital platforms.
