Amplitude

An extensive sans serif series designed by Christian Schwartz that turns function into style, Amplitude features deep angled cuts that keep small sizes readable while adding character at display sizes. First released by Font Bureau in 2003, it was later renovated and updated with italics for all styles by Ben Tuttle. The distinctive ink traps that define its character serve a dual purpose as both functional aids for small-size legibility and expressive display features.
