Vandermey
Vandermey is a modular, compressed sans serif typeface inspired by the lettering on the façade of the former administration building of the Binnengasthuis in Amsterdam, designed by architect J.M. van der Mey in the expressive style of the Amsterdam School. The design was studied for its proportions, structure, and rhythm and translated into a digital typeface with refined geometry, improved consistency, and an expanded character set for contemporary use.
