Minicus
Minicus is a compressed modular typeface designed by Paula Mastrangelo, inspired by the lettering on a plaque marking the former Amsterdam business of Minicus (Ph.) Zeehandelaar. It translates the compact proportions and modular logic of the original inscription into a contemporary digital typeface, refining spacing and expanding the character set while preserving its compressed structure and quiet rhythm.
