Brikka
Brikka is a modular display typeface inspired by lettering painted directly into a brick wall at the former Goudsche Machinale Garenspinnerij yarn manufacturer in Gouda, the Netherlands. It translates the grid-based, 'pixel lettering' logic of the original brick-constrained inscription into a digital typeface with wide proportions, refined spacing, and an expanded character set. Its modular structure and architectural tone suit posters, branding, editorial design, signage, and exhibitions.
