Juno Februata

Juno Februata is a flexible serif italic typeface grown out of Russian cursive, built from the handwritten logic of a broad-nibbed pen where each stroke connects to the next. Lowercase forms keep the fluidity of cursive writing while capitals hold a more monumental, architectural structure. The design includes swashes as an extension of its calligraphic gesture.
