From the foundry
Chernaldine is a bold serif with narrow proportions and high contrast. Its letters feature large, sharp serifs and neatly finished terminals, and its design draws on a mix of pre-revolutionary Russian typefaces and early-twentieth-century revolutionary typographic experiments. It suits short, expressive headlines.
