LATAM Sans was designed in 2015 by Blackletra together with Interbrand as the proprietary typographic voice of LATAM Airlines, capturing the warmth of South America through a more cursive skeleton that references handwriting. The system includes a screen-optimized sT (screen text) version in Regular and Bold with italics, plus an Extended version tuned for sub-brand lockups with the logo. The result is a friendly, human and warm sanserif recognized by the Red Dot Awards 2016 and Bienal Tipos Latinos 2016.
