T-Star TW
T-Star TW is the complementary triple-width typeface to T-Star, based on monospace typefaces used in typewriters. But unlike them, T-Star TW has three different cone widths. This typeface is intended as a NLQ type (Near Letter Quality) at Binnenland and is used for continuous research and extensions with characters from non-Latin languages. In awareness of the fact that the typewriter, with its character forms developed from a technical aspect, stands strongly for a Eurocentric view of type representation, it helps us, however, with this technical system, to understand and implement the formal aspects of non-Latin scripts in a simplified way.
