Sodachrome

Sodachrome is a two-part typeface designed by Ian Moore and Dan Rhatigan of The Colour Grey. Originally created as a two-part typeface for screen printing with multiple inks for Sodabudi, an online store featuring designs by international artists hand-printed in India. The typeface consists of two separate fonts—Left and Right—designed to be combined in layers in different colors to create a modern slab-serif. When laid over each other, the overlap creates a third face: a sans-serif design at the heart of the composition. First released via Photo-Lettering in 2012, Sodachrome is now available from Bijou Type via Type Network.
