Kleisch

Kleisch is a Latin serif typeface designed as a fitting and versatile counterpart to CJK Ming typefaces, blending the Baroque model (Van Dijck, Kis) with the rational clarity of the Neoclassical era (Fleischman's Augustyn Roman for proportions), while also sampling Caslon and Fell. It aims to avoid unusual CJK-derived shapes that compromise Latin legibility while sharing visual parameters and cultural connotations with Ming.
