Brick Roman is an elegant alternative to the stout Brick Caps. It is constructed solely with half bricks, and is an all-lowercase design. Rather than being the end result, the alphabet is a guideline to help you apply text on brick walls. As the character shapes are mapped onto the masonry, their dimensions change according to the proportions of the bricks. The letters can be painted on an existing wall, or integrated organically into newly-built constructions, either by using bricks of a different colour, or by having bricks protrude from or recede into the wall.
