From the foundry
AF Toscani is beautiful but brutal, balancing expressive forms with a sense of discipline and control, expressive forms are tempered by hard structure. Massive ink traps cut deep into the letterforms, and can be switched on or off—part functional necessity, part stylistic weapon. Bold without being unruly, Toscani knows exactly how far above the law it can go.
