Walter Käch

Swiss type designer, calligrapher, and educator best known as the teacher of Adrian Frutiger at the Zurich School of Arts and Crafts. Author of the influential lettering manual 'Schriften/Lettering/Ecritures' (1949), which helped shape mid-century Swiss type design and the development of typefaces like Univers and Helvetica.
