Tagir Safaev

Prolific Russian type and graphic designer who created over one hundred fonts. Worked as a type developer at ParaType from 1991 to 2003, designing notable faces including ITC Stenberg, PT DIN Condensed, and Rodchenko. Professor at the National Design Institute and teacher at the Higher Academic School of Graphic Design in Moscow. Co-founder of the Type Designers Association, Moscow.
