Max Kudashov
Design Director based in Moscow, working at the intersection of branding, visual design, and technology. For over 10 years, he has been creating brand identities, design systems, and typefaces, blending rigorous logic with expressive form. His focus spans graphic design, branding, typography, 3D, and web. Currently, Maksim leads design at Gazprombank. Previously, he worked as Lead Designer at Alfa Bank and Sber. Throughout his career, he has rebranded two banks, contributed to the development of brand platforms, and directed 19 full-scale 360° advertising campaigns along with 27 photo and video shoots. Under his leadership, the Gazprombank design team has delivered around 90 redesigns and launches over six years. He is also the co-author of a personal review and growth system for graphic designers — a tool that helps teams develop in a clear and stress-free way.
