Karl Klauß

German type designer born in Maichingen in 1888. Trained at a graphic arts institution in Stuttgart, he served as artistic director of Verlagsanstalt Tyrolia. He designed four typefaces published with the Genzsch & Heyse type foundry, including Klauß Kursiv.
