Jürgen Willrodt

Physicist and software engineer who became a pioneer in font technology. Studied physics and mathematics, received a doctorate in theoretical particle physics in 1976, then joined URW in 1983 as lead developer of the IKARUS font-production system. Co-owner of jpFonts and responsible for development of DTL font tools including DTL OTMaster.
